Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects rugs and the dual side brushes help to clean debris from corners.
The mopping performance is less impressive, but not by a lot. The mop rotates quickly and uses 2.2lbs to scrub dirt and stains. I've also noticed that the front arms stick out a bit more than other robots, which is useful to get into tight corners and along baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to scoop up larger pieces of debris, like books and broken toys.
